In August of 2018, I was introduced to BCM at a music festival in New York. Since that time, I have worked with BCM at several music festivals. These events have been held at fixed facilities and in hay fields in other states. From New York, Florida, or even Tennessee I have found the BCM leadership to be attentive, professional, and consistently reliable. We have navigated contracts, insurance requirements, staffing needs, and the shifting needs of the respective client. Some of these operations are 24 hours a day and their leadership is consistently prepared. In regards to their staffing, I have spent many hours interacting with BCM guards and also observing their interactions with patrons. They are professional and respectful. Often times when I visit with a BCM guard, our conversations turn to our personal lives and where they live. These are enjoyable conversations. BCM is keen in regards to determining what is a reasonable guard staffing number they can provide. They arrive on time, with the required guards, and prepared. Their guards are always in the proper uniform and complete their assignments as requested. When BCM has presence in a market we have an event or festival, I would have no concerns contracting with BCM to provide guards.
